font-size: 14px;\">Il refl\u00e8te des th\u00e8mes tels que la structure de sa population, son niveau de formation et ses connaissances linguistiques, ainsi que des questions plus sp\u00e9cifiques comme les donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 l\u2019emploi et au ch\u00f4mage, les niveaux de salaire et les caract\u00e9ristiques du tissu d\u2019entreprises et de l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique ; la caract\u00e9risation de l\u2019emploi transfrontalier ( les activit\u00e9s, l\u2019anciennet\u00e9, etc..). <span>Il analyse le cadre r\u00e9glementaire qui affecte l\u2019emploi transfrontalier et les obstacles qu\u2019il g\u00e9n\u00e8re en termes de difficult\u00e9s pour les travailleurs qui traversent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la fronti\u00e8re, autant au niveau fiscal comme en terme de protection social<\/span><b><u>e<\/u><\/b><span>\u00a0et du droit de travail<\/span>. Il refl\u00e8te les perspectives d\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019emploi dans l\u2019Euror\u00e9gion ainsi que l\u2019analyse de l\u2019offre et de la demande d\u2019emploi bas\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es des services publics de l\u2019emploi. Il pr\u00e9sente aussi une vision d\u2019ensemble, statistique et sociologique, de la situation et des implications de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement transfrontalier sur l\u2019emploi dans l\u2019Euror\u00e9gion. Celui-ci, vise \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter, \u00e0 identifier et d\u00e9crire tous les profils des professionnels de l\u2019insertion, d\u2019identifier et de caract\u00e9riser les structures (publiques ou priv\u00e9es) qui utilisent ces profils, en identifiant et en comparant tous types de formations sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es et ainsi r\u00e9aliser une cartographie repr\u00e9sentative.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_2&Prime;
